Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)- Fenugreek seeds contain lots of fiber and phytochemicals that help in increasing insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake. You can have fenugreek seeds by soaking them in water overnight.

Mushrooms- Mushrooms have a very low glycemic index, which means that they digest slowly and wouldn’t cause a spike in blood sugar levels.
